why? I feel sorry for anyone who need to get in touch with BT. Come to
think of it the way things are at the moment, with so many Indian call
centers, most companies are the same these days.

I always get through to people with British accents on the rare
occasion I call BT, so theyre certainly not outsourcing *my* calls.
(And Im just a bog standard residential customer whose bill is
consistently Ł10.50 every month.) Perhaps they have a database of
people (such as yourself) who would bitch no matter how good the
service is, so they might as well just punt those calls to India? ;)

Has with Telewest the service itself is good it is the customer
service staffing levels that are totally abysmal for the number of
customers they have people just havent the time to be hanging on for
ever and day or waiting for a call back from a person who just doesnt
speak understandable English .
People have good cause to bitch has you put it when they are having
to pay the prices BT are charging .

I agree that often you dont write understandable English so your
spoken will no doubt be at a similar level, With your level of
bitching, I wouldnt be surprised if even tThe Samaritans hang up on
you.
